What does a celebrant actually do?​

 

I design, write and deliver personalised ceremonies. This includes guiding you through legal requirements (for weddings), helping shape the ceremony flow, and supporting you on the day so everything runs smoothly.

 

 

Are you an authorised marriage celebrant?

Yes — I’m registered with the Attorney-General’s Department and legally able to perform marriages anywhere in Australia.​​​

 

 

What types of ceremonies do you offer?

 

Weddings (of all sizes), Elopements/Legals Only, Vow Renewals & Naming Ceremonies.​​​

 

 

What’s included in your wedding package?

Can we customise our ceremony?

 

Absolutely. Your ceremony should feel like you. You can include readings, rituals, cultural elements, family involvement, or keep it simple and modern — whatever suits your style.​​​

Do you travel?

 

Yes — I service Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Port Stephens, Central Coast, Hunter Valley and surrounding regions. I am also open to travelling outside of these areas; additional travel fees may apply.

 

 

​​How far in advance should we book?

 

As early as possible, especially for peak seasons. But feel free to check availability — sometimes I can accommodate last-minute bookings.

 

 

​​​How do we secure our date with you?

 

A booking fee of 50% is required to lock in your date, with the remaining balance due 30 days prior to your ceremony.
