Hi, I’m Sophie — an Authorised Marriage Celebrant creating relaxed, meaningful ceremonies across the Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Port Stephens, Central Coast and Hunter Valley Region.
I’m all about keeping things simple, personal, and true to you. I aim to deliver a ceremony that feels natural, comfortable, and genuinely reflects your story.
I became a celebrant because I’ve always loved working with people and being part of life’s big moments. There’s something really special about bringing a couple’s story to life and creating a ceremony that feels like them from start to finish.
Whether you’re planning a big wedding, a small and intimate micro ceremony, or just want to take care of the legal side of things, I’ll guide you through it all in a way that feels easy and stress-free.
I am very organised, calm, remain positive and will be there to support you every step of the way — while still keeping things relaxed and enjoyable.
Outside of celebrancy, I work as a Secondary Design & Technology Teacher, so I’m used to keeping things on track, engaging an audience, while also creating a warm and comfortable environment for everyone involved.
When I’m not working, I’m usually enjoying the slower side of life — spending time with family and friends, getting outdoors, and making memories with my people.
